A. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website pemuba-wefusu.info or using the online program offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pemuba Wefusu. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or program.

These terms are governed by Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną, Dz.U. 2002 nr 144 poz. 1204 as amended). For consumers resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the applicable member state law also apply.

Pemuba Wefusu provides an online educational and self-awareness program focused on the relationship between everyday stress and impulsive spending behavior. The program consists of written modules and practical exercises delivered through digital means.

The program is informational and educational in nature. It does not constitute financial advice, psychological counseling, therapy, or any form of professional advisory service. Nothing in the program or on this website should be understood as a recommendation to take or refrain from any particular financial action.

C. User Eligibility and Registration

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Where registration is required to access program content, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms or whose use of the service is otherwise inappropriate or harmful.

D. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the program, including text, exercises, graphics, layout, and code, is the property of Pemuba Wefusu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Polish copyright law (Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych of 4 February 1994).
